The big four eating holidays are just about here! Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Lose up to 30 pounds this year instead of gaining weight. (Results do vary.)
This is a 3 Month Program.
I will be focusing on reflections, mindfulness, my weight loss journey, chronic pain, loneliness, emotional well-being and ASMR.
